Why Online Coaching

Why would you choose online coaching instead of in person personal training or simply working out on your own? First, those are both good options and you can get very good result with either!

Coaching offers the benefit of having a professional take the guesswork out of fitness. You benefit from their experience to create the program, ensure you are working out safely and efficiently, answer questions, and act as an extra level of accountability. All of these help you reach your goals!

 

Online coaching can offer added flexibility over in person training as you don't need to coordinate times that work for both you and a coach. The workouts are always ready to fit your schedule and talking with the coach is often easier through online messaging. Additionally, online coaching is often cheaper, as you are not paying for each individual session. 

Why Me As Your Coach

I put the emphasis on long term sustainable training and having balance in your life. I think you should train when you are able to train, rest when you need to rest, and that having long term health is better than injuring yourself for one hard workout. 

 

I believe that the best fitness program is the one you enjoy, because that is the program you will be consistent with. Consistency is the best thing for long term success and will outperform motivation or the most recent fitness trend every time.
